The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing stores, workshops, or logistics in an industrial or engineering environment. A background in catalyst handling, petrochemical, or maintenance services is beneficial but not essential. The role requires strong planning, problem-solving and stock control abilities, along with a proactive approach to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the workshop and stores
• Ensure accurate receiving, issuing, and tracking of materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all stock is correctly labelled and traceable
• Inspect and service equipment before and after projects, ensuring readiness and safety
• Coordinate the dispatch and return of equipment across regional and international sites
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations at all times
• Liaise with other Cat Tech regions to support intercompany equipment movement
• Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supervise and support workshop staff where required

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a workshop, warehouse, or logistics management role
• Knowledge of H&S, COSHH, and inventory control procedures
• Excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident managing stock systems
• FLT licence and valid driving licence preferred
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
