Utilizing the most advanced techniques in the industry.
Often the fastest and most desirable method, Vacuum Unloading reduces conflicts with nearby
equipment and operations. Additionally, the reactor interior is left thoroughly clean,
allowing safe and easy inspection, repair and re-loading.
Reactor entry technicians precisely skim catalyst in desired increments, allowing accurate
sample analysis and measurement, as well as visual; observation of bed conditions at each
level. Only that catalyst in areas deemed inactive need be removed, avoiding the waste of
total unloading.
Vacuuming can also increase recovery of precious metals from catalyst, when used in
conjunction with Cat Tech Dust Control Systems.
