Life Support
As the safety leader in the catalyst handling industry, Cat Tech employs the ultimate Life Support System for all inert entry operations. Components of the unique Life Support System include a dual regulator helmet system, four potential air sources, a hard wire communications line, a parachute harness and our proprietary Emergency Egress Line. Cat Tech utilizes an A-frame as an anchor point for the rescue retrieval system This allows a safe, tethered decent into the reactor was well as a safe exit. The life support control center is either topside or ground base to constantly monitor all operations.

The Main Control Panel includes two primary air sources, the communications system, plus audio and visual alarms to alert technicians to low air supplies.

The SCBA Panel contains a primary and secondary air supply for the Standby Watchman. There is also a test unit included on the panel that permits testing of flow levels for each helmet prior to reactor entry.

TUBEMASTER, INC. AND CAT TECH SETTLE PATENT INFRINGEMENT LITIGATION
(July 11, 2008) – TubeMaster, Inc., and Cat Tech, LLC, jointly announce today that they have settled ongoing patent infringement litigation. Terms of the settlement are confidential. Both companies agreed that settlement of both cases was in the best interest of all parties, especially for their respective customers. Under the terms of the agreement, both parties will continue to offer their full array of services.
